A Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal key role in connecting the growing provider network to students in need of life-changing services, actively supporting and guiding providers with cross-licensing and clearances in states where they will be delivering services, and will also be responsible for maintaining and updating internal systems to ensure compliance at the federal, state, and district levels.

Act as the primary contact point between HSP Group’s network of Local Service Partners (‘LSPs’) and our clients, coordinating the delivery of Business as Usual (‘BAU’) services. The Global Service Associate will need to develop a strong network and relationships with clients, LSPs, Global Service Directors (‘GSD’), Implementation and other members of the HSP Group team.

You will play a key role in supporting our revenue function and customer satisfaction with customers who are up to 100 employees by managing annual customer renewals, month-to-month customer subscriptions, and contract questions, while collaborating closely with internal teams. With expertise in contract management, you will drive renewals and enhance customer relationships.
