Become the operational backbone of our rapidly scaling marketing organization. You will oversee, organize, and drive execution across all marketing functions, including Social Media, Creative & Content (Video, Graphics, Design), SEO, PR & Communications, Web & CRO, Partner & Lifecycle Marketing, and Founder Personal Brand marketing. Your mission is to ensure every initiative, campaign, and deliverable moves through the pipeline on time.
Serve as the CEO’s right hand and operational partner. Translate the founder’s vision into execution, align teams across departments, drive accountability, and ensure the CEO has clear visibility into every moving part of the business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for bridging strategy and operations—connecting company goals with systems, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.
