Building and executing Juicer’s SEO strategy, managing and optimizing our content pipeline, and creating engaging social media campaigns. Working alongside our central marketing team, collaborating with contractors and developers, and playing a key role in increasing organic traffic, sign-ups, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include SEO & Content Optimization, Content Strategy & Publishing, and Social Media Management.

The Customer Success Representative will maintain and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll be first point of contact for our users and will collaborate with other departments to improve the customer journey even further. This role combines Level 1 technical support, billing inquiry management, and onboarding/account setup responsibilities. You’ll act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and that users receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
