Legal Operations Specialist

What you’ll do here:

• Own and manage centralized intake and workflow execution for Legal requests
• Enforce intake standards, prioritization, and escalation paths across Legal
• Operate and maintain Legal systems (CLM, intake systems, procurement system, matter management platform)

What you'll need to thrive:

• At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a similar execution-heavy legal role
• Ability to design practical workflows while also handling day-to-day execution and real-time questions from the business
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
