Permanent Unit Technician

Equipment Operations:

• Operate and monitor Permanent Unit equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and start up/shut down equipment as needed.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal and client distribution.

Process Monitoring:

• Collect and monitor real-time process data from field instrumentation and control systems.
• Observe key parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels.
• Identify abnormal conditions and take corrective actions within procedures.

Maintenance Support:

• Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inspections, minor repairs, and component replacements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate operating logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports.
• Document equipment performance, deviations, and significant events.
• Prepare reports for client compliance and audits.
