About the Role:
- You'll be the technical backbone connecting field service to fast, effective repairs.
- Training is onsite for 6 weeks, then fully remote on a swing shift.
- Register as an Alarm Agent in Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues using multimeters and historical data.
- Direct technicians through troubleshooting steps.
- Identify and report needed replacement parts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable with multimeters and low-voltage DC systems.
- Hands-on trade background (automotive, electrical, etc.).
- Self-directed problem solver with strong diagnostic judgment.
