About the Role:
- This is far more than a traditional Field Service position; you'll support installation, commissioning, and optimization of sophisticated electron beam welding systems across North America.
- You'll serve as one of the primary technical resources for complex customer issues, partnering with engineering teams to solve challenging electrical, mechanical, vacuum, and high-voltage problems.
What You'll Do:
- Lead or support installation, startup, commissioning, and acceptance testing of highly customized electron beam systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues both remotely and on-site, performing systematic root-cause troubleshooting.
- Serve as a technical escalation point and deliver training to customer maintenance and engineering teams.
