Senior Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of new, existing, and retrofitted industrial combustion systems.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Support PID loop programming and analyze data from electronic diagnostic tools.

Customer Support:

• Serve as primary technical liaison for customers, including plant operators and management.
• Make spare parts recommendations and gather technical information for solution development.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and five years of field service experience with industrial combustion systems.
• Strong understanding of combustion principles and experience with Bloom Engineering equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily in the US.
