Duties:
- Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting on site or via phone.
- Perform installation, startup, and commissioning of various products.
- Oversee and support third-party installers during customers' installations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum certificate from a technical or trade school.
- Industrial maintenance or electrical experience preferred.
- Fork truck or telehandler maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
Working Conditions:
- Work in various indoor and outdoor facilities with up to 75% travel.
- Exposure to large moving machinery and risk of electrical shock.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment such as hard hats and steel toe shoes.
