Field Service Engineer – Remote Mexico

Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of new and existing industrial combustion systems.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis on complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Mentor less-experienced service personnel and coordinate with U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of field service experience in industrial combustion.
• Strong understanding of combustion principles and NFPA 86 safety codes.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional English proficiency, with up to 80% travel in Mexico.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in dirty and hot industrial environments using personal protective equipment.
• Use written and oral communication skills, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning.
