Role Overview:
- Location: Remote (Mexico)
- Schedule: 1st Shift; Saturday to Wednesday
- Pay Rate: MXN 34,000 (monthly)
What You Bring to the Team:
- Associate’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years in SOC, NOC, help desk, or IT operations (academic, internship, or lab experience welcome).
- Foundational understanding of networking, security concepts, and system administration.
