Role Overview:
- Act as the central point for complex diagnostic repair cases.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer support requests and deliver high-quality diagnostic services.
- Monitor repair processes, analyze gaps, and advise improvements.
- Build relationships with retailers and coach staff.
Qualifications:
- Master Technician status or equivalent required.
- Experience with electrical diagnosis and high voltage systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
