The role involves preparing for dealer contacts, consulting to increase customer retention and profitability, and achieving sales objectives for the district through fixed operations growth.
This role will manage the day-to-day activities of our technical facilitators, as well as other aspects of instructor-led training delivery, including course coordination and scheduling. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics of instructor-led training (ILT), including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with learners, training sites, and/or field locations.
