Responsibilities:
- Conduct retailer audits, both onsite and remotely.
- Evaluate retailer repair orders and workshop procedures.
- Record results in the required systems and provide detailed findings.
Key Tasks:
- Review, coach, and develop retailers on identified shortfalls.
- Provide action plans for areas of non-compliance and follow up on recommendations.
- Liaise with retailer management to discuss findings and ensure actions are agreed upon.
