Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Authorized Repairers, both remotely and on-site.
- Investigate and analyze technical faults, delivering recommendations.
- Create detailed technical reports and maintain accurate case logs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or experience as a Field Engineer or Technical Helpdesk Advisor in automotive sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English (B1+).
- Valid driving license (min. Category B).
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, field based in Center and South Italy.
- Company car provided, dynamic international environment.
