Job Purpose:

  • Provide technical assistance and programming support to dealers via online, phone, and visits.
  • Resolve complex vehicle repairs that dealer technicians struggle to diagnose.
  • Specialized support for new product launches.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Analyze non-F1 cases and implement countermeasures with horizontal deployment.
  • Clear long-pending vehicles waiting for diagnosis and perform deep dive in dealer processes.
  • Monitor and provide recommendations on diagnostics, quality, literature, and tooling issues.

Qualifications:

  • B.E or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience managing multiple dealerships for OEMs.
  • Expert in VOC analysis and PDCA for Fix It Right first-time processes.
