Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex issues related to parts.
- Support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues.
- Work closely with technicians of workshops and dealerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages as a plus).
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
