- Accept incoming enquiries from Authorised Repairers.
- Provide guidance and technical instruction to diagnose and repair.
- Record data into a computer system.
Requirements:
- Dealer Technician with workshop experience.
- Technical further education at suitable grades.
- Customer service experience would be an advantage.
