What you'll do:
- Coordinate and schedule field service activities across assigned market(s).
- Manage service requests, work orders, and ensure timely completion of field operations.
- Act as primary point of contact between field technicians, customers, and internal teams.
How you'll make an impact:
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.
- Support coordination of third-party service partners and subcontractors.
- Identify process improvements to increase field service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring to this role:
- Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Italian is required.
- 2+ years of experience in field service coordination or a related technical coordination role.
- Proficiency with service management platforms and data reporting tools.
