Field Services Coordinator

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities across assigned market(s).
• Manage service requests, work orders, and ensure timely completion of field operations.
• Act as primary point of contact between field technicians, customers, and internal teams.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.
• Support coordination of third-party service partners and subcontractors.
• Identify process improvements to increase field service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring to this role:

• Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Italian is required.
• 2+ years of experience in field service coordination or a related technical coordination role.
• Proficiency with service management platforms and data reporting tools.
