Role Overview:
- As a Learning and Development & CI Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating between clients, headquarters, and internal/external stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for organizing webinars, trainings, and critical incident interventions across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, webinars, and urgent critical incident interventions for clients in Switzerland, France, Germany, and more.
- Collaborate with the international Lyra team in England/South Africa and ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee translations of training materials into French and provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Native-level French, fluent English and German; Italian is a plus.
- Experience in a coordination role and proficiency with Google tools.
