Why this role matters:

  • We’re expanding across Europe, and success in new markets depends on great customer experiences.
  • You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting operators outside the UK.
  • Help them get set up, stay on track, and grow with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Onboard new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training.
  • Support customers via email, chat, video and in person—especially where language or local context matters.
  • Build long-term relationships by proactively engaging with your assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and risks, and help operators get more value from Stora.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Support to improve customer experience and drive roadmap priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent English plus professional fluency in at least two of: French, Spanish, or German.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Strong communication skills, structured and organised approach, and good commercial instinct.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and comfortably using systems to stay organised.
