Role Overview:
- Own a portfolio of 250+ DACH customers, conducting business in German and English.
- Drive renewals, expansion, and long-term platform adoption.
- Act as a strategic partner, using data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) with clear next steps.
- Communicate account health and recommendations to German-speaking stakeholders.
