Weβre seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Competitive Intelligence (CI) Lead to own and scale our competitive insights function. This global role spans across many industries and at least two product categories. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will drive cross-functional visibility into market dynamics, deliver actionable intelligence on competitors, and help shape strategic decisions across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams.
The Account Management team is at the core of Canto, focusing on making a real business impact for customers. Account Managers coach customers to optimize their sales strategy. They connect cross-functional stakeholders from product, marketing, and even engineering with customers, understanding that their customers' pain is their pain and their win is their win.
