Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team, helping meet individual and collective performance targets.
Coordinate delivery dates, handle complaints and return/reship requests, maintain customer relationships and master data.
Effectively communicate and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements.

What experiences will help you in this role:

Experience in strategic operations, outbound/inbound transportation, or fulfillment operations.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to engage with partners and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data accurately and inform decision-making.
