Client Interaction:

  • Schedule and lead initial meetings with new clients to understand logistics needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and discuss upcoming needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, diagnosing problems.

Performance and Management:

  • Monitor KPIs for each client account, such as delivery times and inventory levels.
  • Ensure all client contracts and SLAs are up-to-date with current services.
  • Provide training to clients on how to best utilize the company's services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics.
  • Experience in the 3PL, E-commerce, Fulfillment, and Retail industry highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
