What you'll do:
- Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely with complex vehicle issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults using OEM tools
- Create clear technical reports and coach technicians for hands-on guidance
What you bring:
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics or technical support
- Proven ability to fix complex electrical and electronic faults
- Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
