Advanced Field Service Engr

Accountabilities:

• Travel to customer sites to support installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and rebuilding of API and non-API pumps and compressors.
• Diagnose complex rotating-equipment issues involving mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and process-related factors.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive field reports, service documentation, timesheets, and travel and expense reports within required timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant field experience.
• Demonstrated experience with PLCs, control logic, rotating equipment, mechanical systems, or related industrial technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.
