Accountabilities:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot generator excitation systems, digital starters, and protection systems for gas and steam turbines.
- Configure and modify turbine control system hardware and software, trace documentation, and adjust sequencing.
- Coordinate field resources, control project costs, and maintain equipment security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Engineering with 3+ years experience or 5+ years without degree; power plant maintenance or commissioning background.
- Strong knowledge of excitation systems, controls, PLCs, analog/digital systems, and turbine technologies.
- Willingness to travel frequently, work offshore, weekends, and holidays.
