Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate RFQs, conduct site walk-downs, develop scopes of work, and contribute to proposal development and budgeting.
  • Lead assigned projects from concept through close-out, establishing clear scope, cost, schedule, milestones, and performance baselines.
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, owners, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred, or equivalent experience; 5-7 years in power generation or industrial electrical.
  • 3-5 years as an onsite construction Project Manager with direct P&L responsibility; OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Strong financial acumen, experience with project estimating and management software, and ability to interpret blueprints.
