Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex multimillion-dollar energy efficiency and renewable construction projects across Illinois and Indiana.
- Oversee construction activities from final design through successful implementation, balancing technical execution, financial performance, and schedules.
- Serve as a key customer contact and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably with complex projects.
- Knowledge of construction practices, mechanical/electrical systems, OSHA standards, and energy efficiency technologies.
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $92,000–$134,000 with comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO.
