Field Service Technician

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide field service to the concrete admixture sales team by installing and supporting dispensing equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary, and work remotely within established policies.
• Travel to customer locations to assemble, install, and maintain equipment, including electrical and pneumatic components.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Maintenance or other experience demonstrating mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Associate's Degree in mechanical or electrical technology is a plus but not required.
• Must have working knowledge of basic electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical concepts, and be able to lift 50lbs and climb ladders.
