Field Service Engineer 2

Primary Function of Position:

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in assigned territory.
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled exceeding customer expectations.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities including inspections, preventive maintenance, and software updates.
• Troubleshoot and repair all Intuitive products and associated equipment.
• Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.

Additional Information:

• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory and travel ~60%.
• Requires ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.
