Job Description:

  • Provide technical and sales support to customers, including evaluating warranty claims and coordinating project work.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, explain complex issues, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote and onsite technical support for equipment operation, including commissioning, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure correct operations.
  • Inspect materials and machinery, perform loop checks, and verify dimensions to meet specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of field service and mechanical or electrical experience with manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Visio, and CADD.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and globally, with a valid driver's license and US passport.
