Collaborate with Sales Engineering, providing technical and design expertise during pre-sales engagements.
Partner with Product and Sales Engineering teams to influence and validate wireless product designs.
Serve as the technical lead for complex wireless solutions and deployments.

Activations & Onboarding:

Manage and execute cellular equipment activations, including router configuration and cabling.
Work with third-party field services, vendors, and OEMs and their distributors.
Lead testing and certification of new wireless hardware and configurations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Act as Tier 3 escalation for Junior Activations Engineers and SAT/Support teams on cellular-related issues.
Deliver training sessions and materials for Junior Activations Engineers, SAT/Support teams.
Work closely with the tools team to enhance OI monitoring and data for order tracking and CMDB asset management.
