• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of SaaS and GTM applications.
• Help triage, research, and resolve tickets related to supported applications.

Drive projects end-to-end — from problem statement to implementation — taking ownership of business impact, technical quality, and operational excellence. Break down complex problems and design scalable solutions, create implementation and test plans, and execute them with the team on committed timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical initiatives that strengthen scalability, security, and maintainability of our systems.

Serve as a technical leader, driving backend system design, influencing engineering best practices, and solving complex problems that have broad impact across the organization. Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Golang, python and LLM frameworks. Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for communication between front-end and back-end systems.
