Complete detailed planning of facilities with Contractor, coordinate database updates, document build-up, operational & Dismantling phases, and undertake inspections. Read and interpret basic construction drawings, show initiative in developing new ideas, and deal professionally with a diverse range of people.

This dual-role position combines responsibilities in Real Estate and Construction, managing all phases of construction development on assigned projects, and aiding in all aspects of real estate development and market analysis for corporate and franchise clubs - and has no direct reports.
