Job Details:
- Work from home Monday to Friday
- Must be flexible to work either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM AEST or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST – 5 AM – 2 PM Manila time or 7 AM – 4 PM Manila time
- Following Select Philippine Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Monitor network alerts and operational systems
- Perform structured troubleshooting following established processes
- Escalate incidents to the Network Engineer when required
