• Own end-to-end development of patient and clinician-facing features.

• Build early creator onboarding, profile, and campaign-related flows.
• Implement frontend components and backend endpoints for first-party workflows, supporting the core experiences needed for the Alpha Launch.
• Support API integration and early BFF patterns for the platform services.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend solutions for the calendar module using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize performance and ensure high-quality user experiences.

• Lead projects, planning and owning design system and accessibility initiatives across product teams.
• Interview frontend engineers and designers to identify gaps in the design system, accessibility workflow, and shared UI infrastructure.
• Partner closely with Design, Product, and Technologists to align specifications, patterns, and standards with broader company goals.

• Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity using AI.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand pain points and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype small AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy them into production swiftly.

• Leading a high-impact engineering team to develop features that empower marketers.
• Guiding technical strategy across both frontend and backend systems.
• Building a scalable, high-performing team of engineers by coaching, mentoring, and hiring talent.

• Design and implement high-quality, secure, and scalable frontend applications and features.
• Build infrastructure and tools that support growth initiatives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Contribute to performance optimization, usability, and security across web and mobile applications.

Build data-intensive dashboards that developers use extensively. Design and construct complex interactions across dashboards, traces, logs, and alerts. Architect for performance, employing virtualization, progressive loading, and smart caching.

• Lead a team of Frontend and Backend engineers to deliver card experiences.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.

This role is critical for delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications, owning the architecture and implementation of the mobile codebase. Focus will be on state management, performance, and native integration, translating logistics workflows into usable interfaces, maintaining stability, deploying new features, and enforcing high standards.
