The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will manage the day-to-day accounts payable (AP) operations for Equip, ensuring timely and accurate invoice payment and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires extensive experience in accounts payable, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis, while also handling transactional accounting processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. You will help develop accounting policies, support audit/tax requests, and safeguard company assets. Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Maintain data confidentiality and manage ad-hoc projects.
