About The Role:
- Partners with internal teams and external vendor partners to support accurate payment posting.
- Independently manages complex payment posting, reconciliation, and refund work.
- Identifies root causes of payment issues and help improve workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of diverse revenue cycle management experience.
- Proven ability to improve and optimize processes.
- Expertise applying structure, prioritization and effective communication to solve problems.
