The Impact You’ll Make:
- Ramp on Medely’s platform, customer journey, and account management processes.
- Shadow account reviews, renewal conversations, and customer calls.
- Begin 1:1s with your manager to align on your 30-60-90 plan and customer portfolio.
Within Three Months, You Will:
- Fully own a portfolio of Medely customers, including post-launch adoption and retention.
- Run recurring business reviews with customers to measure success and identify gaps.
- Build a cadence of proactive customer touchpoints to drive engagement.
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of account management experience in SaaS or technology.
- Skilled at managing escalations and negotiating positive outcomes for both customers and the business.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
