Architect, develop, and regularly produce key metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to evaluate and optimize the performance of revenue teams across the customer lifecycle
Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand root causes, identify blind spots, and improve detection of growth opportunities
Act as the "source of truth" for the business. You will perform deep-dive audits of workflow, commission calculations, and funnel conversion to identify and fix data gaps before they impact the bottom line
Accountable executive owner for a curated portfolio of Medely’s most strategic enterprise systems.
Responsible for protecting and expanding Net Revenue Retention (NRR), driving system-level adoption and reliability, and ensuring long-term enterprise partnership health.
Lead through influence, quarterbacking a cross-functional “Account Pod” (Account Managers, Operations, Product, RevOps).
