Account Manager

You’ll act as a trusted partner to accounts, proactively guiding customer strategy, running recurring business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving renewals. The role requires versatility, from advising a clinical operations leader to collaborating cross-functionally with Medely’s Sales, Product, or Clinical Ops teams.
