Associate Customer Success Manager (Scale)

The Role:

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of outpatient and post-acute facilities using customer insights and scalable programs.
• Strengthen engagement and retention by helping customers overcome challenges and make the most of Medely's tools.

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfort reviewing data, spotting patterns, and prioritizing work based on insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to help customers get more value from the platform.

• Create and deliver educational resources like webinars and automated programs.
