Senior AP Accountant

About The Role:

• Own and strengthen our Accounts Payable operations and key parts of our Travel and Expense process.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely approvals and a great experience for vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Improve data quality and help keep our end-to-end P2P process scalable in a remote-first environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain vendor master data hygiene and support vendor onboarding and vendor record updates.
• Prepare and review AP-related month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and aging analysis.
• Improve and document processes and controls in Zip and Brex, create clear guidance for stakeholders, and support audit requests with complete evidence.
