About the Role:
- Lead a high-leverage remote team of four infrastructure engineers.
- Drive the evolution toward a scalable zero-toil platform.
- Advocate for the engineers who rely on the platform every day.

- Grow, mentor and coach a high-leverage platform team of 4 Infrastructure engineers.
- Set clear expectations and give actionable and timely feedback.
