You will define the long-term vision, architecture, and technical roadmap for identity management, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive the implementation of robust authentication, authorization, and user management systems.

As an Engineering Team Leader for IAM, you'll manage the Identity and Access Management team, ensuring team dynamics are positive and everyone is performing at their best. You'll provide technical guidance, participate in hiring, and foster continuous growth within the team, focusing on efficient processes and a people-first approach.
