The Impact You Will Have:

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision and velocity.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for top-tier engineering talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define what exceptional talent looks like.

Minimum Requirements:

6+ years of full-cycle design recruiting experience with a track record of closing world-class talent.
Deep sourcing expertise and exceptional organizational skills.
Clear, persuasive communication and a growth mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
