New Talent Acquisition Partner

About This Role:

• We're looking for our second People team hire — a Talent Acquisition Partner who will own full-cycle recruiting and play a key role in shaping our talent processes as we scale.
• This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role: you'll be the primary driver of sourcing and hiring across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and source passive candidates for hard-to-fill and technical roles.
• Manage the full candidate experience: scheduling, communication, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Keep our ATS clean and track core recruiting metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with some in-house experience.
• Experience recruiting for a tech company or technical roles is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable owning requisitions independently and working asynchronously in a remote environment.
