As a Senior Technical Partner, you’ll …:

Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and act as a trusted advisor in designing and executing effective hiring strategies
Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across product, design, and engineering teams using strategic outreach measured by data
Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback throughout every stage of the process

About you:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong record of hiring across Product and Engineering organizations
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent across Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design
Bring a consultative, data-informed approach and adapt quickly to change
