Senior Talent Partner

About the Role:

• Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
• Permanent, full-time employee (not contractor)
• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and act as a trusted advisor
• Source, assess, and hire diverse, high-caliber talent across engineering, design, and product teams
• Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team on initiatives like interviewer training, employer branding, and recruiting analytics

Requirements:

• Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
• Language: Business-level fluency in English
• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success sourcing senior-level technical talent
