About the Role:
- This is a ground-up opportunity to build and lead the people operations function for a growing India-based team within a global, remote-first environment.
- You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding, and create scalable HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, engagement, payroll, compliance, and offboarding for the India team.
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistent, scalable people practices and compliance with Indian labor law and statutory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of HR operations or People Operations experience supporting an India-based workforce.
- Proficiency with payroll administration, HRIS platforms, and Indian statutory compliance including EPF, ESI, and tax withholding.
